Flyfishing on Indiana's Big Blue River
Big Blue River – Big Blue River is a pretty river with a good population of smallmouth bass. Averaging 40’ to 50’ feet wide this river is similar to the Flatrock, however the Blue River is mostly sand and gravel bottom. The Blue has the reputation for producing lots of bass as well as larger than average fish. Walk-in or float fishing depending on water levels.
